Max Delivery has a company-wide obsession with arriving on time—within 2 hours. 99+% of the time, our fleet of bicycle delivery people is on it. If we’re 10 minutes late, we’ll refund the delivery charge on your account.
We deliver from 7AM to midnight, 7 days a week.
Our online ordering system takes orders 24 hours a day, so you can always place your order and schedule it for delivery whenever is most convenient for you.
Delivery Fee: Delivery is free for orders over $125, and just $5.95 for smaller orders. Tipping is optional: our bicycle delivery staff are well compensated.

Have A Doorman?
Sure, we can leave everything with them—just let us know in the "special instructions" section when you’re checking out.
NOTE: Age sensitive items (e.g. wine) cannot be left with the doorman.
In addition, some orders may require the card to be present for security reasons. The web site will alert you if this is the case.
Had To Run Out?
If you’re not home, we’ll contact you to verify your address and a new time, and try again. If you miss your delivery time slot more than twice, you’ll see a $5.95 re-delivery fee on your account. And if you cancel your order, we’ll have to charge you a restocking fee equal to 15% of your total order.
Bicycle Safety Policy Max Delivery also has a company-wide obsession with safety. Helmets and safe riding are mandatory. If you have any issue with the care and safety of our bicycle delivery staff, contact us.
